Sarah and I have for all practical purposes purchased a house. We’ve done the inspection and submitted our requests to the seller of the house. Assuming we can agree on everything we’ll close near the end of May. It’s kind of funny the things a house inspector finds when going through a house — some so minor that you wouldn’t even think it was important and other items that you never would have thought to check. I guess that’s why the home inspection is important.
