Maybe I’m overly idealistic, but I’d expect at least one option related to alternative energy sources. It seems to me that a long-term investment in decreasing fossil fuel usage would ultimately lower costs and provide energy independence. Additionally it would probably also create good paying jobs (in answer to question 2).
